Here we are, coming into the end of January.  How are you doing on your New Year’s resolutions?  Did they include exercise & eating right?

Many of you have been with us for many years, and many of you are new to the club.  Annual members receive some free training sessions, and they don’t expire, so if you never used yours, you can do it now.  Please stop by the front desk to check on your sessions and to schedule with a trainer.  Training will give you a new routine to help you achieve your 2012 goals!
